Water Quality

Drinking water quality is one of the most confusing subjects to many people because it seems all the water treatment companies think they have the best for you.  The bottom line is, what kind of water is healthiest to drink and where does that come from?

City municipal systems in the US are still mostly chlorinated for sanitation requirements.  They also carry many contaminants that are not removed from the ground water sources used, as well as contaminants picked up along the way through miles of old pipes, and then into your  building or home pipes and finally to your faucet.  YUCK!  No wonder people would rather drink something else!

Well water may be a good source but should be tested for bacterial, chemical and metal contamination.  Wells can draw water from 10 miles away, so old buried gas tanks or other hazards could be entering the water supply. One common well water complaint is that of "hard water" or mineralization that causes scaling and deterioration of pipes and appliances, staining and poor taste.  Rather than purchasing an expensive water softening system some of our clients have been able to use an inexpensive innovative magnetic device to solve these issues.  Again, call us for details and wholesale availability.

We believe that water in it's most natural and healthy state is not stripped of it's natural elements of minerals and oxygen and has "life" to it.  Distilled and reverse osmosis treated water is "dead" and not natural.  It also tends to by much more acidic than ideal pH levels for good health.

Of course, water filters are usually needed for removal of unhealthy ingredients and there are multiple types of filters for various types of removal.  Also, ozonation and/or ionization is more and more recognized as a viable and healthy water treatment option.  Water ionizers that also raise the pH or alkalanize are now growing in popularity in the US and have been used as medical devices extensively in many Asian countries for overall body detox as well as specific disease treatment.  We have partnered with a couple of top companies importing these and can get you a variety of options at discounted prices.

For mainline water treatment systems or for point of use (at the faucet) and even filters for your showers, call us.  We have many options and have done much research to be able to help you with your needs.
